Order Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with clipnbox.com move through the following stages. Stage 1- Order is received and confirmation sent to client Stage 2- Design setup done and job sent for Pre-press Stage 3- Order is in the middle of the production process Stage 4- Order Produced and is ready for shipping. If the Customer Request to cancel the order at stage 1, no cancellation charges will be charged. If the customer wants to cancel the order when it is in the 2nd stage, 20% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee to cover design and pre-press charges. If the client wants to cancel the Order when it is in the 3rd Stage, 60% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee to cover production charges. If the customer wants to cancel the order at the final stage, we cannot cancel an order at this stage.

Refund Policy

All orders placed with clipnbox.com are customized and are produced according to the customer's requirements. Because of the customized nature of the orders, refunds are not available on custom orders. If you believe your order is defective, you must contact us immediately. If we verify the error is at our end, we will reprint the order Free of cost. The customer must return the received product within seven days to get a free replacement. Returns will not be accepted if products have been used.

Deadlines & Delayed Orders

Clipnbox.com is not responsible for the damages that may occur because of the delayed delivery of the orders. We will try our best to meet customer timelines. If your orders are very time-sensitive, we will NOT guarantee 100% timely delivery as orders can be delayed because of any reason during the production or shipping process.

Affiliate Printers

We print most of the orders in-house at our factory, but some orders may get routed to our affiliated printers in the United States, United Kingdom, and South Asia. Order routing purely depends on the specifications of the job and the timing of the jobs. We usually intimate customers of the job routing, but sometimes job routing is done at the last moment due to print queue load. In that case, customers may not get any notification of the job routing to affiliate printers.
