The dimensions and weight of the product provided by the customers will help us find the following;

  • Apt/best stock
  • Stock thickness for the product(s).
How can my order be tracked?

Our 24/7 Customer Service helps you process and track orders easily, no matter where you are. All you need to do is CALL AT (916) 822-7501 for any kind of information.

How will I be notified of the “shipped order”?
Our assigned Account Manager against your confirmed order or our Customer Representative will notify the client about the shipment of the order. After a notified period of wait, your order will reach the specified destination.

Can i give you my own artwork for the designing of custom box?
Definitely, you can provide us with your artwork and we will work on your order accordingly for a hundred percent precision.

What is your turnaround time?
  • For any corrugated box order, between 1 – 2,000 units (CONFIRM) is an estimated 9-11 business days.
  • RUSH TURNAROUND OPTION is 7 business days when available.
  • Turnaround STARTS when the proof is APPROVED.
  • It does NOT include transit time (1 – 7 business days depending on your location).
  • Orders of 2000+ units will require a few extra days to get set up and produced (CONFIRM).
  • Folding Carton/Boxes orders currently require a few extra days as well.
Do you offer a sample box?
Using our FORM with contact specifications with a SINGLE order for the sample will result in ClipnBox sending the clients a pre-printed sample. There is NO COST for the sample. However, the individuals will be required to pay a MINIMAL delivery fee against the sample order.

What are the add-ons you offer to make boxes distinct?

We offer options like;

What are foiling options do you offer?

How many colours can a design have?

We offer clients to opt for as many color options in printing as they desire. Our team of professionals guides them in finding the best output print options that will look outstanding on their boxes. We offer;

1 color, 2 colors, 3 colors, 4 colors, and full-color designs with premium quality.

When will boxes be delivered?
At ClipnBox, we require 8-10 working days upon approval of the clients. However, emergency/rush orders can be provided in 7 working days.

Can the inside and outside of the box be printed?
